Double Michelin-awarded chef Adam Simmonds intends to debut his London ‘chef’s table’ restaurant following his pop up restaurant, The Test Kitchen, where he has been showcasing what they can do.

Chef Adam Simmonds is currently looking at potential sites in Marylebone where he hopes to find a location for his debut London restaurant once his year-long pop up restaurant, The Test Kitchen, has come to an end. Exact plans will be finalised once Simmonds has found a site but he wants the restaurant to feature an open kitchen “I want it to be one big chef’s table so the kitchen comes out into the dining room and all the tables and chairs will be around it” as he wants to eradicate the “barrier between the kitchen and dining room”.

Simmonds has been testing out and adjusting the proposed menu for his new restaurant at The Test Kitchen located on Soho’s Frith Street, where diners are encouraged to give feedback on their food. The restaurant is able to tweak menus and service style and is now also is being used to attract investors for Simmonds debut Marylebone restaurant
