I am delighted to announce that The Fyzz Facility Film One SEIS opportunity The Survivalist by Stephen Fingleton, was yesterday officially included in the prestigious Hollywood Blacklist.
Set up in 2005, The Blacklist is compiled from the recommendations of over 290 Hollywood Film Executives, it has grown to become the premier form of recognition for unproduced screenplays and quality writing.
Five of the last ten screenwriting Oscars have been awarded to screenplays previously listed on The Blacklist, including Juno, Slumdog Millionaire, The King’s Speech and The Social Network, not to mention other worldwide box office hits such as Argo, Buried, The Wrestler and Source Code which have all featured on the list.
In order to make the list a script must receive a minimum of six recommendations from the panel. TFFF1 The Survivalist received an impressive 14 recommendations, and that was without the screenplay being ‘sent wide’ around Hollywood. It is a delight to see this fantastic project receiving the industry recognition it deserves.
There are currently three remaining units (25K) available in TFFF1 The Survivalist, these are available to investors on a first come first serve basis. If you would like more information on this or the rest of the SEIS Slate please join the proposal on the platform. The TFF SEIS Slate Investment offering is intended to close by 5pm on 31st January 2013.
