Paul started fundraising for high growth companies in 1995 and since then has helped raise funding for numerous companies. Since 2001 the partners of Jenson have provided numerous companies with financial and operational support to help them grow and develop. Jenson now has over 25 partners throughout the UK and provides services to help companies start-up, raise funding, grow organically and by acquisition; restructure if required; and ultimately prepare for exit.
In 2012 Jenson Solutions set-up Jenson Funding Partners LLP and launched the Jenson SEIS Fund which has since been followed-up by the Jenson SEIS Fund 2, the combined Jenson SEIS & EIS Fund 3 and now the SEIS and EIS Fund 4. Jenson has invested in over 70 businesses and aims to offer these businesses far more than just funding, allocating a Jenson Finance Director, they have actively advised entrepreneurs to re-evaluate business models, reduce projected costs and introduced potential executives, partners, customers and suppliers as part of the value added service they provide."
The Jenson EIS Fund 2019/20 is a managed portfolio designed to provide increased diversification as a portfolio investment. The balance between capital growth, portfolio risk and time horizon will aim to be maximised, whilst enhancing the tax advantages available.
