The Role
As an ____________, reporting into our Head of ________, you will play a vital role in managing the growing range of investments and investment managers within the GrowthInvest ecosystem. You will be expected to deliver an exceptional client experience by managing relationships with investee companies, fund managers, research houses and other key partners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth onboarding, responding to queries, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction with our platform services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- eg. Serve as the primary point of contact for Investee companies, fund managers and key strategic partners
- eg. Manage investment onboarding processes, including due diligence ensuring a seamless experience.

About You:
- Experience in client services, account management, or relationship management, ideally within financial services, fintech, or tax-efficient investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and queries effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- A proactive and client-focused mindset, always striving for excellence.
- Self-starter with plenty of initiative to manage and run projects.
Nice to Have:
- eg. Strong understanding of tax-efficient and alternative investment products (e.g., EIS, SEIS, VCTs, pensions, ISAs).
- eg. Experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
- eg. Project management, especially in data-orientated environments.
