The site now more closely reflects our services to financial advisers, wealth managers and their clients, and also GrowthInvest’s values and overall ethos. Following on from the launch of our new platform and client portal in 2023 it is an informative and instructive resource for our clients, partners and the industry as whole.
The development process started with a detailed review of the existing website, research from our clients and partners about what the GrowthInvest brand meant to them, and what they wanted and expected to see from our website, as a distinct resource from our platform. The review and design process incorporated the fundamental requirements of Consumer Duty to put the customer at the very heart of what we do at every stage. The result has been a complete redesign, and you will notice a whole range of new additions, improvements and enhancements:
- Updated What We Do section – with specific pages for Financial Advisers, Investors and Fund Managers
- Detailed Platform section including a unique platform tour, a great summary of the features and ability to request an immediate bespoke demonstration
- Enhanced News and Events section incorporating the latest news and events from GrowthInvest and across the alternative and tax efficient industry
- Investments section including a range of analysis and comparison tools, from fee transparency across the EIS market through to VCT market calendars.
- About us section with an introduction to our whole team – so that you can put a face to the name
- A new Knowledge Centre which already contains a wealth of information from a full Platform Help centre, through to a curated Alternative Investments Explained, all the latest webinars and podcasts, and our Consumer Duty Hub
