Dave is an enthusiastic and positive presence within the development team, is passionate about product quality and strives to bring the customer experience to the front and centre where solutions, features and functions are in design or development. Dave takes great satisfaction from searching for and discovering defects or bugs in the software he works with before release to the customer and endeavours to push for higher overall levels of quality and confidence in the product.
Dave’s background in quality assurance started with Halifax Building Society moving to Lloyds Banking Group working largely in credit card and insurance management software. Dave moved from the FinTech arena into e-commerce with Nuvias-UC, where he became the development lead and later, principal product owner.
Outside of work, Dave is a passionate supporter of Cardiff City Football Club, also enjoys playing football, walking, cooking as well as exploring on weekends with his partner and the kids.
