Olly joined the GrowthInvest Team in September 2023 as an Operations Analyst, having previously worked for a climate change charity – the Global Returns Project. In his three years at the charity, Olly worked to integrate climate philanthropy into the practices of various financial institutions, including GrowthInvest.
Previously, Olly achieved a first-class degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge. In his spare time Olly enjoys running, playing football and cricket, and going to music gigs.
