Steve is an experienced technology executive with a proven pedigree in creating and managing high growth companies to maximise their full potential.
Steve has worked in high growth technology businesses his entire career. After beginning his career at Nortel Networks on a graduate training scheme he moved to be one of the first employees at Huawei UK in 2003. It was here where he first developed his skills in building and managing high growth teams. He was instrumental in establishing Huawei in the UK and built and managed a team which grew revenues from zero to over £100m in just over three years.
After this experience Steve went on to build and manage European operations for several US based technology vendors and first experienced the rapid changes in the Communications industry as cloud technology emerged.
Steve subsequently co-founded a company named SIPHON which he built organically and through acquisition over 7 years as CEO and eventually sold the business to the Rigby Group in 2016. He remained as CEO and later Chairman and drove the business to over £100m in revenues before leaving in 2021. He is now Group CEO of the UK Managed Service Provider, CloudClevr.
