We are growing rapidly and are now seeking a talented and motivated Client Services Manager to join our team.
The Role
As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by managing relationships with financial advisers, investors, and key stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth onboarding, responding to queries, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction with our platform services. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, financial advisers, and intermediaries.
- Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Address and resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.
- Develop, streamline, and optimise client service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage, train, and mentor the client services team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, compliance, product, and technology) to enhance service delivery.
- Provide training and support to advisers and clients using the platform.
- Monitor client interactions and feedback to drive service improvements.
- Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory and company standards.
- Assist in the development of client engagement strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction.
About You:
- Experience in client services, account management, or relationship management, ideally within financial services, fintech, or tax-efficient investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and queries effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- A proactive and client-focused mindset, always striving for excellence.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Nice to Have:
- Strong understanding of tax-efficient and alternative investment products (e.g., EIS, SEIS, VCTs, pensions, ISAs).
- Experience in developing and implementing process improvements.

About This Role
Exceptional client service stems from our people—they are passionate, dedicated, and always prepared to go above and beyond, keeping our clients at the heart of everything they do. Working alongside our Client Operations and Sales team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Client Service team and help drive forward our continually evolving definition of customer excellence. Our Client Service team serves as the first point of contact for clients, so building rapport and delivering exceptional service is key. You will be responsible for answering client queries via both emails and phone calls, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Delivering a level of customer service that meets or exceeds our SLAs.
- Helping us define and continuously improve our standards of excellence for both us and our clients.
- Escalating communications to the relevant teams , i.e sales enquires to the sales team or complaints to our compliance team.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure quick and effective resolution of queries for both our clients and 3rd parties.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy in both data entry and communication.
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of our platform across clients and advisers to reduce queries.
- Identifying and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to further enhance our platform and processes.
- Proactively monitoring the service delivery for high-value clients, ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic individual, able to communicate excellently across a range of methods, and keen to contribute to an expanding team.
We are looking for candidates with an (achieved or predicted) 2.1 degree or those with relevant real-world experience. You don’t need specific experience in finance, but our ideal candidate will possess some or all of the following skills and attributes:

The skill to tailor your communication style and approach depending on your audience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
