Stakeholder Engagement & Issue Resolution
- Act as a point of contact for operational queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to inbound client queries and provide technical operational support where required.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, escalating appropriately when risks or delays are identified.
- Work collaboratively across teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
About You:

- Experience in an operations, analyst or operational support role within financial services, fintech, investments or a related sector (or a strong graduate profile with relevant exposure).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with data and reporting, including advanced Excel skills.
- Experience of working with Business Intelligence software and systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
