Sylvia began her career as a Financial Controller for civil aviation in Romania while completing her master’s degree in Financial Management. After relocating to London in 2012, she worked as a bookkeeper for a company that specialised in transportation for children with special educational needs.
Graduating from University of Wales Trinity Saint David in 2021 with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Cloud Computing, she decided to pursue a computing major to gain a technical foundation of knowledge. Joining GrowthInvest in May 2022 as a Data Analyst, she aimed to combine her financial and computing experience and broaden her knowledge and skills.
She enjoys spending time with her family, participating in creative activities with her son, going on long walks with her dog, reading and travelling.
